Education is a fundamental right. It is essential for the economic, social and sustainable development of a country. It is the most powerful tool for emancipation.
The gap between rich and poor continues to widen in Tunisia. The Rambourg Foundation finances projects that help those in need, contributing to local development and social cohesion. We believe in a just fair society where social responsibility is paramount.
Culture contributes significantly to the development of a country, whether through the social cohesion it nourishes, the identity it strengthens or the economic activity it generates. Supporting, encouraging and promoting art and culture in Tunisia is one of the Foundation's objectives.
The aim of the Rambourg Foundation is to support and carry out all actions of general interest in the fields of art, culture and education in Tunisia.
These cultural patronage actions are reflected in all forms of support , particularly in terms of emancipation, equal opportunities and social cohesion, all in the spirit of article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states that:
1- Everyone has the right to education.
2- Education should aim at the full development of the human personality and the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms.
To build an ambitious future that gives everyone the chance to flourish, to succeed and to help build a free and inspiring Tunisia.
WORD FROM THE PRESIDENT
The Rambourg Foundation aims to promote education, art and culture in Tunisia.
I am deeply convinced that only enlightened and educated people, the spirit of creation, innovation, will lead Tunisia to more prosperity and development.
Since its creation in 2011, the Foundation has endeavored to carry out different and varied projects with the same common thread: Give back to education, art and culture the place they deserve.
While I am proud of everything we have accomplished for almost six years, my will to act has steadily strengthened over time and I hope that the Foundation will continue to reinforce its work. Valuing education, art and culture requires our commitment more than ever!
